CANCELLATION POLICY

I completely understand that life happens, and sometimes schedules change! However, to respect my time and other clients, I have the following cancellation policy in place: • Cancellations within 48 hours of your appointment will be charged 50% of the scheduled service. • Cancellations or no-shows within 24 hours of your appointment will be charged 100% of the scheduled service. • If you are 15+ minutes late, I reserve the right to reschedule your appointment to avoid overlapping with other clients. I truly appreciate your understanding and respect for my time, and I’m always happy to work with you if emergencies arise! Redo Policy My goal is to ensure every client leaves satisfied with their hair. If you are unhappy with your results, you must notify me within 48 hours of your appointment. I will gladly make adjustments within that timeframe at no additional cost. If concerns are brought to my attention after 48 hours, any adjustments or corrections will require a 100% full-service charge. This policy ensures fairness and covers the cost of additional time and product used for the service. Thank you for your understanding and support!
